Annual Project Submission Form

Our Annual Projects are created by our community, for our community. Geared towards learning together, growing together, and making a difference together, each year our Annual Project has the power to make an impact, improving the communities around us, and supporting the change we want to see in the world.

When you submit an annual project idea, we will contact you for the following information:

  • Purpose and Relation to the Association Mission

  • The goal for the member experience, knowledge members gain, and impact on the community

  • Estimated Budget and Costs

  • Resources Needed (Volunteers, manpower, donations, events, etc.)

  • Timeline (How the project breaks down into tasks across a year)

While this may seem like a lot, we invest a lot of the members' and the Association's time and resources into these projects and making an impact. By providing that information, we are better able to see and understand your vision for the project and can contribute our expertise and knowledge in making that vision a reality.

The Association reserves the right to choose which projects it decides to pursue and how it should allocate its resources towards achieving its mission. We greatly appreciate every persons input and suggestions and take every project submission seriously.
